The construction of this series of gear metering pumps complies with the 2006/42/CE, 2014/30/UE, 2014/35/UE directives and with the UNI EN ISO 12100, UNI EN ISO 13732-1, UNI EN 809, UNI EN ISO 14847 directives. On request, versions compliant with 2014/34/EU (ATEX) directive and with the API 676 – NACE MR0175 standards; it is also available with EAC (CU TR 010) – CU TR 012 certification. The management of the quality system of Pompe Cucchi Srl operates in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

Pompe Cucchi has created this new series of gear pumps made from steel bars in order to obtain high quality pump bodies with the total absence of cracks and/ or casting defects. The construction of this series of gear pumps complies with the 2006/42/CE, 2014/30/UE, 2014/35/UE directives and with the UNI EN ISO 12100, UNI EN ISO 13732-1, UNI EN 809, UNI, EN ISO 14847 standards. On request, versions compliant with the 2014/34/EU (ATEX) directive and with API 676 – NACE MR0175 standards; it is also available with EAC (CU TR 010) – CU TR 012 certification.

The F – FT/FM series gear pumps are self-priming pumps suitable for transferring and pushing liquids without solid suspensions at low and medium viscosity at temperatures of up to a maximum of 230°C. The standard version is suitable for temperatures of up to 90°C. Cast iron, bronze, AISI316L versions are available. Pressures of a max of 15 bar. They can be equipped with a built-in by-pass valve or alternatively with a preheating chamber.

The MX series is used in many sectors in the transfer of liquids with viscosities from 1 to 100,000 cPs. In the case of medium/high viscosity products, it can be used for metering services with the aid of frequency variators or motor variators, also electrically servo-controlled with a 4 ÷ 20 mA signal or pneumatically with a 3 ÷ 15 psi signal.

This traditional series of volumetric gear pumps obtained by earth casting is mainly used for the transfer of liquids up to 15 bar. In the case of products of medium/high viscosity, the pumps of this series can be used for metering services with the aid of frequency variators or motor variators, also electrically servo-controlled with a 4 ÷ 20 mA signal or pneumatically with a 3 ÷ 15 psi signal.
