Our 11 labs, 150 routine methods and 30 routine processes play a key role in delivering both results and value for clients. Real-time analytical support for client projects is provided and arrangements can be made for around-the-clock analysis.

In addition to contract R&D for bioprocessing, we also manufacture products for specialty markets such as food, nutraceuticals, functional foods, dietary supplements, food ingredients, cosmetics, feeds and biofuels.

We provide wide range of process development services on several scales from pilot plant to laboratory to mini-pilot plant scale.

We offer a range of support services that provide both value and assurance for our clients, including: Engineering; When competitiveness depends on optimal equipment efficiency, our Engineering Services Department gives our clients an edge. Qualified, in-house bioprocessing engineers work proactively to troubleshoot and keep client projects running on schedule. This same team provides engineering services for clients as needed.

Our facility’s Secondary Processing area provides unequalled processing versatility in a wet processing environment. Clients choose from a multitude of centrifuges, evaporators, dryers, ultrafiltration units, filters, mixers, pumps, tanks and heat exchangers configured to suit their needs – all in a GMP environment.
