ZEVODAT-flash is mounted in the tanker and is a computer for indication, data storage, control, and transfer of measured values such as mass, volume, temperature etc. Control functions for the different components of the metering system such as pump, valves or sampler are integrated in this device. The printing interface allows for the additional option of printing all relevant data significant for the supplier.

The high capacity pump system from POUL TARP A/S has a complete two-pump unit system for milk collection at the farmer/supplier.

Complete pump system to collect the milk at the farmer/supplier. It is possible to mount a TOC cabin computer in the cabin of the truck which makes it possible to receive routes from the dairy and information from the farm ect.

Stationary pump system from POUL TARP A/S with a pumping capacity of 100 l/min to 400 l/min. The stationary pump system is used to transfer the milk from the milk tanker to the dairy. The pump system can ve delivered in the following pump sizes: 100 l/min., 200 l/min., 300 l/min. or 500 l/min. The pumping speed depends on the lifting height. The pump system can communicate with a PC visualization program, which is used to control the storage of the milk. All the collected data in the pump system is automatically transferred via mobile data to the administations system - WEB MTC IT at the office.

The stationary pump system from POUL TARP A/S has a capacity from 500 to 1,600 l/min. The stationary pump system is used for transferring milk from the milk tanker to the dairy. The pump system has two pumps. One of the pumps is mainly used for small amounts and to start the pump process. The other pump is a large pump and has a pumping speed up to 1,600 l/min.  The pump system can communicate with a PC visualization program, which is used to control the storage of the milk. All the collected data in the pump system is automatically transferred via mobile data to the administations system - WEB MTC IT at the office.

The weighing systems are especially designed for mounting on trucks using wire or hook lifting systems. At Poul Tarp A/S we have two types of weighing systems for hook and wire lifters.

MWS Mobile Weighing Systems are designed and manufactured for on-board weighing on trucks.

MWS Basic Chassis Scale are EU approved according to EN 45 501, Class lll and Class llll. Weighing accuracy from 2 kg with a weighing capacity of 20.000 kg. MWS Basic is supplied complete with brackets for mounting between the chassis and the construction on top of the chassis. Alternatively MWS Basic can be supplied without the brackets in cases where the customer wants to integrate the load cells in their own construction.

DME-MWS Basic Flex Chassis Scale are EU approved according to EN 45 501, Class lll and Class llll. Weighing accuracy from 2 kg with a weighing capacity of 20.000 kg. DME-MWS Basic Flex is supplied complete with brackets for mounting between the chassis and the construction on top of the chassis. The advantage with Basic Flex is a high weighing accuracy due to a flexible force entrance. DME-MWS Basic Flex is suitable for most kinds of truck constructions such as: Waste trucks, hook lifters, tankers etc.

Weighing system developed for hook and wire lifters. The system consists og 4 hydraulic weighing units with integrated lifting cylinder and load cells. The advantage with this system is that the scale is only loaded during weighing which simplifies the mounting of the system. Further the system secures the scale against heavy forces during loading and unloading. This system is an alternative to a fixed mounted chassis scale. EU type approved according to EN 45501. Accuracy 10kg.
