We offer 2 methods for identification of customers in relation to waste collection: 1. GPS identification: When the waste truck starts on a route for the first time the computer stores the GPS position of each bin / skip / emptying site. The next time the truck drives the route the GPS system will automatically find the right customer or skip in the route. The driver only needs to empty the skip and finalize the weighing. If there are more than one skip at the same place, the driver must approve each skip before emptying it. This can be done on the outside of the truck. This method is very suitable and well proven for collection of industrial waste.

The DME-MWS Basic Chassis Scale is EU approved according to EN 45 501, Class lll and Class llll. Weighing accuracy from 2 kg with a weighing capacity of 20.000 kg. The DME-MWS Basic is completely supplied with brackets for mounting between the chassis and the construction on top of the chassis. Alternatively the DME-MWS Basic can be supplied without the brackets in cases when the customer wants to integrate the load cells in their own construction.

We see 5 typical methods for registration of collection of household waste. The good old way where the driver has a paper list of the route showing maybe the size of the bin and the type of the product. It might say if collection is weekly or every second week. If the operator can`t empty a bin, he or she might write a message to the citizen and give a copy of the message to the office where the message afterwards might be registered. A message might be sent from the haulier to the municipality. Typically all registrations are done manually and on paper.

In order to optimize the collection of reusable products like glass and paper from underground containers or traditional containers, Poul Tarp A/S offers a weighing system for weighing of the collected products. When the weight of each pick up, over time is known, it is possible to optimize the routes accordingly. We can deliver either a wireless crane scale or a chassis scale for this job. Except for the weighing, the truck can be equipped with the TOC computer for transferring routes and data between the office and the truck.

We offer different systems for registration of visits on a recycling site. The systems are offered in different variations but are all used to register visits to the recycling site.
