Our Bisulfite Production Systems come fully assembled and skid-mounted, complete with controls, piping, and valves. These systems are automated for safe, accurate production, and can be  maintained by a single operator. Flow rates can be varied as required. We offer the following systems. Other systems may be available dependent on the customer’s needs and feasibility of the project.

Our Acetic Acid Dilution System (C3CHOOH) is designed for the accurate dilution and/or transfer of concentrated acetic acid solution into railcars, tank trucks, and storage tanks. As an alternative to diluting with water, a stronger solution can be blended with a weaker solution to produce an intermediate concentration. Systems can be used for bulk loading of specific batch quantities or set up to operate continuously based on demand. Raw material pumps are available upon request. We can also provide a static mixer to be installed downstream of the system in order to ensure proper mixing.

Our Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) Dilution System is designed for the accurate dilution and/or transfer of concentrated hydrochloric acid solution into railcars, tank trucks, and storage tanks. As an alternative to diluting with water, a stronger solution can be blended with a weaker solution to produce an intermediate concentration. Systems can be used for bulk loading of specific batch quantities or set up to operate continuously based on demand.

Our Ammonia Dilution System is designed for the accurate dilution and high-volume transfer of concentrated ammonia solution into railcars, tank trucks, and storage tanks. As an alternative to diluting with water, a stronger solution can be blended with a weaker solution to produce an intermediate concentration. Systems can be used for bulk loading of specific batch quantities or set up to operate continuously based on demand.

Our Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) Dilution System is designed for the accurate dilution and high-volume transfer of concentrated potassium hydroxide solution into railcars, tank trucks, and storage tanks. As an alternative to diluting with water, a stronger solution can be blended with a weaker solution to produce an intermediate concentration. Systems can be used for bulk loading of specific batch quantities or set up to operate continuously based on demand, such as automatically maintaining scrubber tower systems.

Our Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) Dilution System is designed for the accurate dilution and high-volume transfer of concentrated hydrogen peroxide solution into railcars, tank trucks, and storage tanks. As an alternative to diluting with water, a stronger solution can be blended with a weaker solution to produce an intermediate concentration. Systems can be used for bulk loading of specific batch quantities or set up to operate continuously based on demand. Raw material pumps are available upon request. Our Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) Blending & Dilution System is designed for the accurate dilution and high-volume transfer of concentrated bleach solution into railcars, tank trucks, and storage tanks. As an alternative to diluting with water, a stronger solution can be blended with a weaker solution to produce an intermediate concentration. An optional caustic stream can be provided to add sodium hydroxide as needed, increasing the amount of excess caustic in the diluted bleach. Systems can be used for bulk loading of specific batch quantities or set up to operate continuously based on demand.

Our Sodium Hypochlorite High Strength Low Salt Production System (HSLS Hypo System) is a continuous system designed to safely produce sodium hypochlorite up to 30 wt.% sodium hypochlorite and only 8.5 wt.% salt. With the reduction in salt content and with reduced levels of sodium chlorate and sodium perchlorates achieved using the patented technology, diluted High Strength Low Salt Hypo is a high-quality product that is more stable, has a significantly extended shelf life, and is 4% lighter in weight in comparison to standard sodium hypochlorite (13 wt.% containing 10.4 wt.% salt).

Experience cutting-edge design and top-notch performance with our state-of-the-art Chlorine Plant Scrubber System. This fully skid-mounted system is seamlessly incorporated into chlor-alkali plants alongside a Sodium Hypochlorite Wet Chlorine Production System. Elevating the capabilities further, we offer a Sodium Hydroxide Blending/Dilution System that harmoniously integrates with the Chlorine Plant Scrubber, allowing precise dilution of 32% or 50% sodium hydroxide to achieve the desired final strength. The scrubbing solution, a crucial component, consistently maintains a sodium hydroxide concentration of 18-20%.
