Elevating the capabilities further, we offer a Sodium Hydroxide Blending/Dilution System that harmoniously integrates with the Chlorine Plant Scrubber, allowing precise dilution of 32% or 50% sodium hydroxide to achieve the desired final strength. The scrubbing solution, a crucial component, consistently maintains a sodium hydroxide concentration of 18-20%.
- High Capacity Operation: Our scrubber system excels in handling substantial volumes, with a nominal rate of up to 500 tons per day of chlorine.
- Efficient Chlorine Neutralization: Specifically engineered to accommodate the entire output of chlor-alkali plants, the scrubber ensures thorough neutralization, achieving chlorine levels as low as 3-5 PPM at the discharge point. The system`s design allows for tailored adjustments to meet the unique requirements of each plant.

- Precise Temperature Control: The discharge temperatures of the tower are finely tuned through heat exchangers, maintaining a controlled range typically limited to 160°F – 170°F (70°C – 75°C). This ensures optimal performance and safety.
