Termen - Model DN25-200 - Basket Strainers for Separating Impurities
Strainers are designed to retain and separating solid contaminants or impurities contained in water, glycols and brines. Thanks to the unique design, the flow is slowed, causing contaminants to settle on the bottom of the Strainer. The neodymium magnetic stack captures paramagnetics and other magnetically active molecules. The stack is located in a stainless steel cover that prevents contaminants from depositing directly on the magnets. Eventually, the contaminants are stopped by a stainless steel filter.
Termen - Contamination Separators
Contamination separators are designed to retain solid particles carried by flowing water. They are used as a protection against desludging boiler fittings and water installations, with a much higher efficiency than in the case of oblique filters. The unique design forces slowed water flow, causing contaminations to deposit on the bottom of the separator. The neodymium magnetic stack captures paramagnetics and other magnetically active molecules. The stack is housed in a stainless steel cover that prevents contaminations from depositing directly on the magnets and also results in the possibility of removing them during the operation of an installation. The separators have non-mesh filters with a special weave that prevents them from clogging.
Termen - Model SEP - Air Separators
Designed for removing air from water. Used in heating systems at the highest temperature point (downstream of the boiler or heat exchanger). Air separators reduce system corrosion, extend pump life by reducing cavitation, flow noise and system noise.

Designed for separating unwanted fractions from medium. Designed to eliminate water droplets in steam systems and separate water, vapour or oil in compressed air systems.
Circuit Separators
Termen - Model SP - Low-Loss Header Hydraulic Separators
Hydraulic separators are known under another name like low-loss header. They are designed for separating boiler and heating circuit for medium and high power systems including one or several boilers and one or several heating ciruits, provide independent operation of both circuits without the need to balance the flow rates. Low-loss header are used in high volume central heating systems (e.g. revamping).

Designed for accumulation and temperature stabilization of medium and special requirements. Designed for cold or hot water (CZW/ZCWS) or non-aggressive liquids (e.g. glycol solutions, brine, CZW-G/ZCWS-G). Different applications depending on port layout and overall dimensions.
Pressure Vessels - Expansion Vessels
Termen - Model TerNWP - Expansion Vessel
Designed as a heating water system protection against excessive pressure due to change in medium temperature. Using the expansion vessels instead of the open tanks allows to cut off the air access and reduce system susceptibility to corrosion. Installed in the highest system point.
Termen - Model TerNPH-S - Expansion Pressure Vessels
Designed for stabilizing medium pressure and maintaining required medium level. Rubber diaphragm separates air chamber from the medium to prevent air from dissolving in the medium and eliminate the need for constant topping-up. Preventing air access significantly reduces system susceptibility to corrosion. TerNPH vessels do not require additional air with deep well pumps or submersible pumps.

Termen - Model BUW - Automatic Charge Top-up Device
Designed for control and automatic water top-up in the central heating charge supplied with mains water or water from the heat distribution return. Widely used in boiler rooms and heat distribution units, in particular in high buildings and central heating systems with expansion vessels. Compatible with glycol (air conditioning systems).
