Presona - Baler for Recycling and Sorting Plants
The Presona MP 270 MH, nicknamed “Mega” is a the most powerful baler we make. This baler is intended for recycling and sorting plants or other businesses that bale large quantities of material. It is built using a revolutionary new design concept that creates super-high capacity while being very cost effective. This means that a single MP 270 MH baler can replace several smaller balers at a significantly lower cost. The secret to MP 270 MH’s high performance is parallel processes and self-optimization. When the material that is to be compacted falls into the baler, its density is automatically measured and then the baler optimizes itself and proceeds to pre-compress the material to 200 kg / m3. The pre-compressed material is then moved to the main press which creates finished bales while new material is being pre-compressed.
Presona - Paper and Cardboard Baler
The EP 40 OH is a baler developed for the printing, packaging and graphic industry, but can of course be used for other applications as well. The baler is typically fed by means of a pneumatic feeding system and is the only Presona baler without prepress. The EP 40 OH has a very compact design and is extremely space saving. It has a throughput capacity of up to 10 tonnes/hour.

Main press rolling on four heavy-duty wheels guided on wear rails mounted in the press bottom. Heavy duty bearings for the pre-press shaft, bearings with exchangeable shaft sleeves. Sturdy wear blocks on side and top. Bottom plate made of 16 mm long-life resistant steel. Exchangable wear rails in the bottom. Support legs (optional) to eliminate the need of a needle pit.
