Batch type Electrochlorinator produces required chlorine in the form of Sodium Hypochlorite in 8 hours. Add salt and water and switch on the power supply. The system automatically stops after producing required chlorine. Supplied with Reaction Tank fitted with the Titanium Electrolyzer and Power Supply Unit with Auto Timer Controls. Storage Tank and Dosing Pump are optional. To inject Gas Chlorine, Liquid Chlorine or Bleaching powder to disinfect water or waste water is a common practice all over the world. But hereafter you do not have to face the problem of procuring and the hazard of storing of these chemicals. Our Electrochlorinator produces Liquid  Chlorine (Sodium Hypochlorite) from common salt as per your requirement. It is safe and cost saving.

Concentric Tubular Electrode system

Sunchlor 5 is a compact solar powered electrochlorinator which produces 60 grams of chlorine in every batch of 8 hours. These 60 grams of active chlorine can purify and disinfect 60,000 liters of water. It is extremely easy to operate and most suited for the disinfectant generation for urban and rural villages, large swimming pools, hotels, hospitals, residential colonies amongst others for removing of bacteria & virus from water.This equipment is a total system by itself. It comes integrated with the Solar panel, Reaction tank, Hypo tank and Power supply all rolled into one single unit. The system is pre-wired and piped, so it can be installed any were without any civil foundation or support stands.

Sunchlor 25 to Sunchlor 100 These systems can produce larger amounts of chlorine to disinfect water from 200,000 litres to 1,000,000 liters. This system comprises of the Solar panel with support frame, the reaction tank, the hypo tank, power supply and dosing pumps. The sodium hypochlorite produced can be injected into the water tank or pipeline where the disinfection is to be carried out.

Continuous Production Electrochlorinators / Seawater electrochlorination systems are designed for high capacity production of sodium hypochlorite solution from seawater. The system is complete with all the required equipment for continuous production of 0.1 to 0.2% Sodium Hypochlorite. This system can be offered as a pre-assembled skids which makes the erection and commissioning process very quick with predictable. The system contains all necessary instrumentation for automatic operation. PLC controls with required triggers and alarms and sensors makes it state of the art and safe.

Continuous Production Electrochlorinators – Brine based systems are designed for high capacity production of sodium hypochlorite solution from brine water. The system contains all the equipment required for continuous production of 0.6 to 0.8% Sodium Hypochlorite. This system can be offered as a pre-assembled skid mounted system which makes the commissioning process very quick with predictable.

Chlorine Dioxide Generator produces chlorine dioxide (ClO₂), which is a neutral compound of chlorine in the +IV oxidation state.  It disinfects by oxidation; however, it does not chlorinate.  It is a relatively small, volatile, and highly energetic molecule, and a free radical even while in dilute aqueous solutions. It is stable in dilute solution in a closed container in the absence of light.  Chlorine dioxide functions as a highly selective oxidant due to its unique, one-electron transfer mechanism where it is reduced to chlorite (ClO₂-).
