Pro-Mill - Liquid Phase Bioreactor - Fermentor - Fermenter

Pro-mill’s liquid phase bioreactor is a compact system built on a SKID frame designed to carry out biotechnology processes on liquid substrates on a scale from laboratory to industrial. For this reason, fermenters are widely used in the biotechnology, cosmetics and food industries. Due to the nature of the processes carried out, the fermenter must remain sterile to eliminate the possibility of infection, and must be equipped with an advanced system for measuring and regulating process parameters.

Pro-Mill - Solid Phase Bioreactors

Pro-mill’s solid phase bioreactor is used to carry out biotech processes on solid substrate. The installation is mounted on a SKID frame and has all the necessary equipment for the process.  The solid phase reactor consists of a main vessel and a set of mixers designed for the specific application. The main reaction occurs on the solid material filling the tank. The solids are kept at an appropriate humidity level. The main tank is also thermostated to ensure the best possible process conditions. In order to start the growth of the microorganisms, nutrient solution and inoculum are dosed into the tank.

Pro Mill - Disk filters

Disk filters are a new, innovative filtration method, based on the use of ceramic discs with an accuracy of 2um to even 5nm. It can be successfully used as a substitute for micro or ultrafiltration. Disk filters can be made in different standards – from typically industrial to pharmaceutical, which allows for a very wide range of applications in various industries.

The CIP (Clean In Place) stations in our offer are used to clean equipment, production lines and industrial pipelines in closed cycle. The CIP washing station is equipped with an automation system responsible for controlling the entire washing process. This type of device can be operated manually or be fully automated.

Since heat can be transferred in several ways, there are five types of dryers – convection, diaphragm, radiant, dielectric and microwave and special. A homogenizer-type mixer is used to carry out the homogenization process based on combining two unmixed components into a stable, homogeneous mixture. Typical products that are produced by industrial homogenizers are cosmetic products, from a range of care products such as creams or ointments. Homogenizers produce stable emulsions in the food industry, especially such as mayonnaise, sauces etc.

Pro Mill - Mixers for Solid Products

Mixers for solid products are widely used e.g. in food, cosmetic and agricultural industries. They can be used to mix powders, grains of solids or plastic substances of high viscosity (e.g. paste). Depending on the properties of the substances being mixed, the mixer is equipped with a special type of agitator, ensuring the appropriate degree of mixing of the ingredients.

Pro Mill - Chemical Reactors

Chemical reactors are devices used to carry out a process with regard to relevant process parameters such as temperature, pressure. These devices are designed with consideration of the processes taking place inside them, such as the kinetics of the reaction, thermal effects, properties of the substance or the method of substrate mixing. The design is preceded by appropriate process and mechanical calculations together with the determination of the geometry of the whole installation. Chemical reactors are usually equipped with agitators, heating and cooling jacket, control and measuring system.
