PEWE PolyAccu Dose - Liquid Chemical Feed Stations
The PEWE PolyAccu Dose System is designed for efficient liquid chemical make down for water and wastewater treatment. The key to solution generation is the application of the correct mixing energy and time in the proper amount of water. By getting these three factors right with features such as the Active Blend Blade™ flash mixer, the PolyAccu Dose System ensures reliable chemical dosing. Through dependable and consistent results, chemical use is minimized. Built with sturdy stainless steel and polypropylene, the system will withstand years of use in harsh working environments. Completing the unit is the PEWE Positive Prime Feed System. This unique design provides positive liquid feed to the dosing pump while keeping the drawn emulsion mixed and in suspension.

The unique technology built into each PEWE G2-SEP Single Phase Plate Clarifier maximizes settleable solids removal while minimizing chemistry usage. The chassis and vessel are constructed of AISI 304SS. With the Tru Counter Flo plate pack and adjustable weir system the G2-SEP Single Phase Plate Clarifier operates with complete precision of the optional PEWE Command Control automated panel. A pipe flocculator is available for chemical efficacy enhancement as well. PEWE products and systems are designed in-house and produced under tight quality control. PEWE DeWater - Compactor Screw Press
The PEWE DeWater CSP Compactor Screw Press consists of an auger screw assembly, transport tube, drainage section, press section, and mechanical drive system. It is supplied with a flanged inlet, flanged solids discharge, and a drainage fitting. The CSP is designed to extract moisture from wet solids. It accomplishes this by utilizing the auger screw to transport and compress the solids and allow the liquid to drain off.

PEWE DeWater - Rotary Drum Thickener
The DeWater RDT internally fed rotary drum sludge thickener units are used to condense municipal sludge by extraction of free water. The unit is used to thicken both primary and secondary sludges commonly found in municipal wastewater treatment plants. The rotary drum sludge thickener can also be used on industrial sludge applications. The DeWater RDT Series Rotary Drum Thickener will maximize thickened sludge removal in an easy to maintain unit. The screen material is a barrier by which material larger than the gap or slot size may not pass, allowing the water to continue through while thickening the output sludge.

The TRU is designed to extract moisture from wet solids. The unit utilizes a screw to transport and compress the solids and allow the liquid to drain off. The PEWE DeWater TRU Truck Receiving Unit consists of an auger screw assembly, screen basket, transport tube, drainage section, press section, discharge section, tank housing, and mechanical drive system. The TRU is supplied with a flanged inlet, solids discharge, and a drainage fitting.
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF)
PEWE Dueler - Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System 25 to 150 GPM
The unique patented technology (#8431022) built into each PEWE Dueler DAF system maximizes TSS removal while minimizing chemistry usage and sludge production. The innovative design allows for simultaneous pre and post biological treatment for insoluble TSS, FOG, BOD and other constituent removal in a single compact system. The Dueler DAF features a ParaLam Weir system, integral pipe flocculator, and Rogue MAX RGT aeration. Additionally, the unit operates under the complete precision of the PEWE Command Control™ automated panel. Multiple operator interface PLC control languages are available as well.
