PromoChrom OttoPure - Automated Protein Purification System
The OttoPure Automated Protein Purification System accelerates protein purification processes up to 40 times faster than manual methods. It efficiently handles the automated purification of up to 8 samples in parallel, accommodating sample volumes up to 1L and utilizing as many as 9 buffer solutions. This system is compatible with a range of columns, including GE HiTrap™, gravity-flow, and standard SPE cartridges, ranging from 1mL to 70mL. Its positive-pressure liquid delivery ensures consistent flow rates and fixed processing times, eliminating the need for supervision and allowing for increased column packing capacity. The OttoPure system also offers up to 2 fractions per sample and allows for automated column regeneration depending on the application. It features a user-friendly, programmable touch interface capable of saving up to 100 methods, supporting extensive column compatibility. Designed to operate at temperatures as low as 4°C, it is ideal for proteins requiring low-temperature preservation. Additionally, the OttoPure Duo variant increases productivity by processing two columns simultaneously and reducing downtime.
