The Intercept PV-Series vertical cartridge dust collector can capture and remove most industrial dusts from manufacturing operations. A unique CAM-LOC cartridge locking mechanism securely seals the filter cartridge to the clean air plenum to prevent dust bypass and making filter changing a breeze. A variety of system configurations are available to accommodate space restrictions and application-specific requirements.

Each Intercept EWC Series Environmental Work Cell is a self-contained, modular cartridge dust collection system. Sizes range from 4,000 – 16,000 CFM. Designed to accommodate booth enclosures of various sizes, EWCs are used in singular or multiple-unit configurations to solve dust containment challenges for large-area applications where source capture is not practical. The work area is continuously cleaned by MERV-15 cartridge filters with filtration capabilities of 99% efficiency down to 0.5 micron. Cleaned air is exhausted back into the plant environment. Booth enclosures are custom designed to meet process requirements. The EWC features internal reverse pulse filter cleaning assemblies, with nested diaphragm valves and compressed air manifolds. The light-weight, torturous-path aluminum louvered front inlet panels are easily removed for full access to the filter chamber. Dust is captured in the slide-out drawers below. 

Our line of downdraft benches are built to outperform and out last the competition. Ventilated surface opening extends to within 1″ of all sides allowing the largest ventilated area of any bench on the market. Our downdraft benches also have the highest air to cloth ratio enabling excellent velocity at the deck with superior filtration. The Intercept™ PDB comes fully assembled and fully welded. Automatic reverse pulse filter cleaning is standard on all downdraft benches and will maintain the excellent velocity at the deck and increase longevity of the NANO WEB filter cartridges.

The economical Intercept PKG Series vertical cartridge dust collector can capture and remove most industrial process dust. A packaged dust collector with pre-selected integral fan assemblies commonly used in a variety of applications. A unique CAM-LOC cartridge locking mechanism securely seals the cartridge header plate to the tube sheet to prevent dust bypass. The PKG Series offers standard performance specifications that are suitable for many applications.
