Greyline - Model DLT 2.0 - Differential Level Transmitter

The Greyline DLT 2.0 Differential Level Transmitter is a simple solution for differential level measurement including applications found in wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and combined sewer systems. The Differential Level Transmitter includes two differential level sensors. Position each sensor at your desired location, above a channel, up and downstream from a bar screen for example, and the DLT 2.0 can display and transmit differential level measurement. The downstream sensor could even be positioned above a flume or weir to measure and totalize open channel flow.

Greyline - Model LIT25 - Level Indicating Transmitter

The Greyline LIT25 is a level indication sensor that displays, controls, and transmits level. The non-contacting level sensor mounts at the top of a tank and the compact, watertight display enclosure is mounted at a convenient location nearby. Operators can calibrate the LIT25 with its 2-button keypad, without climbing to the top of the tank, enabling organizations to gain better stock and inventory control and tank level measurement that complies with health and safety regulations.

MantaRay - Portable Area-Velocity Flow Meter

The Greyline MantaRay is a portable area-velocity meter and measures flow in open channels, partially filled, and surcharged pipes using a submerged ultrasonic sensor. The unit is designed for flow surveys in open channels, partially full sewer pipes, and surcharged pipes - making the portable open channel flow meter suitable for sewer monitoring, industrial flow monitoring, irrigation flow, and natural streams. The Greyline MantaRay displays and logs flow rate and total flow, as well as being able to connect to samplers, SCADA, and telemetry systems, making site integration simple and easy. The submerged ultrasonic sensor continuously measures flow or reverse flow in partially filled or surcharged pipes and is a completely sealed unit with no orifices or ports. The ultrasonic sensor is hydrodynamically shaped and designed to shed deposits and stringers for reliable operation in sewage, stormwater, and stream flow applications.

Greyline - Model OCF 6.1 - Open Channel Flow Meter

The Greyline OCF 6.1 is an open channel flow meter that doubles as a tank level meter, making it a perfect solution for non-contacting flow and level measurement. The non-contacting open channel flow meter is able to continuously monitor, display, totalize, and data log flow through any flume or weir. The ultrasonic sensor supplied with the OCF 6.1 mounts just 203.2 mm (8 in) above the flowing water giving +/- 0.25% accuracy. The non-contacting open channel flow meter includes a built-in 26 million point data logger and flow reporting system. Use the isolated 4-20mA to transmit flow to remote chart recorders or displays, and the control relays are programmable for level / flow alarm and flow proportionate pulse (for samplers, chlorinators, or remote totalizers).

Greyline - Model PDFM 5.1 - Portable Doppler Flow Meter

It`s ideal for flow troubleshooting, balancing and checking performance of permanent flow meters. The new PDFM 5.1 is fast and easy to operate – you can mount the sensor on the outside of a pipe in less than a minute. Use the built-in keypad and calibration menu to set up the flowmeter for your application. The PDFM 5 works on any liquid containing bubbles or solids and is recommended for `difficult liquids` like wastewater, slurries, sludge, chemicals, viscous liquids and abrasives. Measures flow through most metal and plastic pipes including PVC, ductile iron, carbon steel and stainless steel.

Greyline - Model Stingray 2.0 - Portable Level-Velocity Logger

Stingray 2.0 is a compact, battery-powered logger with an ultrasonic sensor. It data logs level, velocity and water temperature readings for flow monitoring through open channels, partially full sewer pipes and surcharged pipes. Use it for flow surveys, I&I studies, stormwater, irrigation water and sewage.

Pulsar Measurement - Model TTFM 6.1 - Transit-Time Flowmeter

Accurately measure the flow rate of clean, non-aerated liquids like water, chemicals, and oils in full pipes. Ultrasonic transducers mount on the outside of a pipe without shutting down flow. Flow rate is displayed on the large, backlit display along with totalizer and signal strength. Use the built-in control relays for flow alarms or flow proportionate pulse. Connect the isolated 4-20mA output to PLC`s or controllers.
