PureWavePolarizers Ltd. is a UK-based business that manufactures precision free-standing wire grid polarizers for far-infrared and terahertz applications. Our products are designed for customers involved in the research, development, and use of far-IR and THz instrumentation both in commercial and academic environments, and are also suitable for OEM manufacturing organisations. The standard product range includes circular wire grid polarizers with a range of clear apertures up to 200mm in width, and a choice of wire diameters and wire spacing. We are also prepared to fabricate wire grid polarizer products to customer specifications. For instance, polarizers with different frame materials for sub-ambient conditions are possible, as are non-standard frame shapes (e.g. square or elliptical polarizer frames) or wire spacing.
