FABEKUN - Sewer Pipe System

The FABEKUN sewer pipe system was designed for special requirements in water technology, regardless of whether it transports rainwater, dirty water or fresh water. It combines the excellent material properties of two tube materials into one system: concrete in particular introduces the necessary stability and plastic a high corrosion resistance to the “partnership”. The outstanding ann FABEKUN is the double sealing system, which consists of two independently functioning seals for each tube.

FABEKUN - Arches Bows

FABEKUN arches are the ideal complement for the FABEKUN channel pipe system. They have the same material properties and combine the excellent material properties of two tubular materials: Concrete in particular introduces the necessary stability and plastic a high corrosion resistance to the “partnership”. The sheets are also equipped with the double sealing system, which, as with the pipes, consists of two independently functioning seals. In addition to the standard version, the sheets are also available with a revision opening. It ensures safe and smooth use of the laser during installation.

FABEKUN - Shaft Lower Part Combines

The FABEKUN shaft lower part combines the advantages of the materials concrete and plastic and, together with a special sealing system, offers a good and safe solution for the interfaces of the sewer system. In addition to the standard version, the shaft bottom is also available as a FABEKUN house connection shaft (DN 1000 with connection DN 150/200). Of course, all required shaft superstructures (rings and cones) with full lining are also available on customer request.

FABEKUN - Sink Shaft

With the FABEKUN sink, network operators reduce their operating costs. Areas of application are sewers in which, according to experience, deposits often occur, which can lead to odor nuisances and clogging, but also to damage to the pipes. Regular cleaning of these lines by a washing trolley causes costs. In addition, the pipes could be damaged by the flushing nozzle. Limited space on site also ensures increased effort and temporary traffic obstructions. When using a FABEKUN rinse shaft, the regular maintenance is reduced by a washing-up vehicle, in some cases they can be dispensed with.

FABEKUN - Pump Shaft

The FABEKUN  pump shaft is used in sewage networks when a height difference is to be overcome. It is produced monolithically up to a height of 2.00 m. From a height of 2.00 m, the lower part is made monolithically and the structure is made fully lined to match the shaft. The polyurethane lining provides chemical resistance to gases and acids. Otherwise, the customer can assemble the pumping shaft according to his ideas and the requirements at the place of use: from the cover to the technical interior to the shaft floor.

FABEKUN - Telescope Tube

The FABEKUN telescope tube is designed to eliminate damage in postures in a simple and time-saving manner. It is available in nominal widths from DN 200 to DN 400 and offers not only cost-effectiveness aspects and product properties such as the proven FABEKUN double sealing system, but also other advantages in the pipeline trench: These include in particular the simple installation and a high durability. In addition, the statics of the existing posture are not impaired. In addition, it is possible to ensure a secure and dense connection from the newly laid FABEKUN  telescope tube to the old stock by means of various socket combinations.

FABEKUN - Tunnelling Tubes

FABEKUN tunnelling tubes are manufactured according to the manufacturing principle “shardened in the formwork”. This process technology ensures a dimensional accuracy that goes far beyond the requirements of DIN 1916 / DIN V 1201 and the FBS directive.

Shaft Systems - Manhole Bases

P.V. - Screed Shafts

P.V. screed shafts fulfil the guidelines of DIN EN 1917 and DIN 4034-1. After production of the base body in concrete strength C40/50, the channel is subsequently installed by hand. The final strength of the manually installed channel is C16/20.

P.V. - Clinker Shafts

P.V. clinker shafts meet all the guidelines of DIN EN 1917 and DIN 4034-1 and are manufactured individually, sometimes with painstaking manual work. The jointing is carried out at full brick height and can also be carried out with plastic-modified cement mortar on request.

P.V Preco - Chamber Stands for Sewer Systems

The Preco chamber stands for the ultimate connection between chamber shell and concrete. The quality of the production exceeds all required guidelines of DIN EN 1917 and DIN 4034-1. The Preco chamber is an "inseparable unit" due to the monolithic jointless chamber base produced in the casting process, which sustainably fulfils the growing requirements for products for use in sewers due to its robustness. The concrete in the channel and tread is permanently protected from harmful influences in the sewage by the shaft shell set in concrete.
