FABEKUN - Pump Shaft

The pump shaft is available in the nominal widths DN 1000, DN 1200, DN 1500 and DN 2000 and can be equipped with a pump (solo version) or two pumps (duplex version). The pump thickness depends on the proportion of coarse materials and the length of the pressure pipeline. In the two smaller nominal widths, the component in the chesshales is equipped with a double seal.

While the feedthrough for the grounding cables of the pump is integrated in the shaft, the customer has the choice for the size and positioning of inlets and outlets. Their nominal widths are only limited by the shaft diameters: in the version DN 1000 or DN 1200 connections up to a nominal width of 800 mm are possible. The 1500 shaft and the 2000 shaft can be converted into connections up to DN 1200.

Cover and interior are equally freely selectable. Covers are available for all load classes and materials such as stainless steel, concrete or cast iron. Podiums and climbing ladders are available in stainless steel. The shaft bottom can also be designed according to planning specifications and executed as a swamp or pot.

The all-round carefree package also includes pump control. Only the power connection is to be produced on the construction side. The highest quality standards also apply in the design of the shaft interior: All holes for ladders, cables or brackets for fittings are sealed – whether in the factory or on site in the pipe ditch – in order to protect the concrete from the wastewater to be pumped or other media and to ensure tightness and corrosion protection.

The level level in the shaft can be regulated by floats, ultrasonic probes, etc. From a certain level height, the waste water is conveyed via a pressure pipeline into the next shaft. Depending on the power of the pump, the drain line is dimensioned appropriately. Coarse materials can be transported directly through the free flow of the pump. Larger fractions are comminuted before removal. Their nominal widths are only limited by the shaft diameters.
