To develop new polymer solutions and provide prototype masterbatches and compounds, Pycnoplast has a close cooperation with one of our owners, The Materials Factory. In the Materials Factory we have access to almost all regular plastic processing equipment and a variety of product testing equipment.

With the help of The Materials Factory we are able to produce small samples (application simulation) in the lab, which can be scaled up without any problem for production or customer-testing purposes, such as:

Tunhe is a Chinese high-tech company focused on development and production of biosourced, biodegradable and compostable polymers.
