The 5kWh gasifier efficiently converts biomass and household waste into directly usable gas with 1 – 5 kWh of electric power. Possible input waste types are: wood chips, twigs, nut shells, seed husks, corn shakes, stalks of agricultural plants, household waste. In general it concerns materials with with an ash melting point of at least 1300 degrees. Please avoid putting in toxic materials such as PVC. Plastics such as PP, PE and PS are allowed. Always us a minimum of 25% of wood chips or comparable materials as a basis for the input materials. The gasifier can only be used outside as it produces a substantial amount of smoke during start-up. To start the gasifier open the top lit an fill the bunker with wood chips or small pieces of dried branches (3 cm max). Do not use wet or fresh wood as it will not ignite. In general material moisture content should not exceed 25%. Don’t insert big pieces of material as they will lead to bridging and stop the gasification process.

The demonstrator pyrolysis plant efficiently converts mixed waste plastics or waste motor oil into diesel oil and lighter oil fractions. It is placed on a skid so it is easily transportable on a trailer. All components are pre-installed on the skid along with electric wiring & control panel. Ready for use. Just connect to electric power, water supply and start running the demonstrator plant. The demo plant consists of one distillation line, so different settings and catalysts can be researched one batch after the other. Note: this is not a production unit, but a demonstrator plant. It’s an ideal tool for research institutes, laboratories and universities that want to research, develop and demonstrate the principles of pyrolysis technology.

The 350 l/d WMO pyrolysis plant efficiently converts waste motor oil into diesel, light oil/naphtha and gas. It is placed in a 20ft container so it is easily transportable to anywhere in the world. Installation is simple. All components are pre-installed in the container along with electric wiring & control panel. Ready for Plug-and-Play. Just connect to electric power, gas and water supply and start running the plant. The lead time to EXW delivery in The Netherlands mid 2023.
