H2S Scavengers

Enviro-Solve - High Temperature Oil Soluble Scavengers

ENVIRO-SOLVE – High temperature oil soluble scavengers for temperatures ≥260ºF. Ideal for cargo treatment and sour asphaltenes.

ENVIRO-SCRUB - Water Soluble

Water based H2S, SO2, and lower chain mercaptan scavengers. We offer a variety of formulations to suit your needs depending on temperature and gas conditions. The Enviro-Scrub  series H2S scavengers and their reacted solutions are water-soluble, and form no solids. Most of the reacted solutions are readily biodegradable depending on additives in formula. There are no known undesirable side reactions that render the reacted product toxic or hazardous. It produces a stable, non-hazardous waste that meets RCRA guidelines.

Non Amine H2S Scavenger

Q2 Technologies has brought to market the Enviro-Solve Pro3 series; an innovative non-amine/non-aldehyde H2S scavenger for crude oil applications. Q2 Technologies and its former partner Quaker Chemical developed the triazine technology that is used world-wide today. A need was identified to reduce fouling created by amine based scavengers in refineries, production streams and crude oil terminals while keeping treating costs in the same level as triazines.

Enviro-Scrub 2200 is an organic formulation designed to remove hydrogen sulfide (H2S) from gas and liquid streams. Enviro-Scrub 2200 reacts with H2S to form stable, water soluble reaction products.

DusTek - Dust Suppressants

DUSTEK RT is an easy-to-use dust management tool for use in transporting coal, ore, and mineral stocks. DUSTEK RT is a water-soluble formulation of wetting, penetrating and agglomerating agents used to reduce or eliminate dust emissions during transportation and storage. Once applied using conventional spray equipment, DUSTEK RT solution dries to form a thin, flexible and continuous film that eliminates dust for extended periods. Laboratory and field tests have shown that the product provides more complete and longer lasting dust control than water or many conventional dust suppression products.

Synthetic PAO based fluid recommended for use in all types of enclosed gearing where temperatures are high and where conventional oils tend to oxidize.
