Quantum - Cold Heat Climate Test Chamber
Airbag modules are tested in this chamber. The test specimen set-up comprises a steering wheel with integrated airbag module or a part of the dashboard with front-seat passenger airbag. The testing parameters are temperature and humidity.
Quantum - Cold Heat Climate Vacuum High Pressure Test Chamber
Gas warning devices are calibrated in this test chamber.
Quantum - Temperature and Climate Cabinet
Depending on its design, this specially-dimensioned test cabinet allows the performance of either temperature tests or of climate tests with ample working ranges. With a test space size of more than 2000 litres it is suitable for testing huge specimens
Quantum - Temperature Test Chamber
Driver airbag modules are tested in this chamber. The testing parameter is temperature. The triggering of the airbag sack and the effects of triggering on the steering column are researched.
Quantum - Vacuum Climate Test Cabinet
This system is used for testing sensors that are used in meteorological observation and research. The parameters are pressure, temperature and dewpoint temperature.
Quantum - Walk in Pressure Chamber
This system serves the calibration of test devices for ascertaining exhaust emissions.
Construction & Building Material
Quantum - Test Cabinet for Building Materials
This system is used for testing building materials, e.g. roof tiles.
Energy
Quantum - Dust Test Chamber
Dust tests are mainly performed to test functioning of components under extreme environmental conditions. Various standards specify e.g. the test duration and the composition of dust used. The dust is filled in the funnel below the test space. The formation of dust within the test space is effected by compressed air injection through four special nozzles. The dust is blown and swirled in upper test space by intensive air movement.
Quantum - Weiss Photostability Test Chambers
UV light, temperature, humidity have a strong influence on the quality of pharmaceutical products. The preparate can lose its efficacy through inaccurate storage conditions. In the pharmaceutical industry, API and medicines are tested under long-term conditions to determine shelf life.
