Quest Integrity Group software
RMS - Reliability Management System Software
RMS software is a Windows-based software product for implementing risk-based assessment programs in a wide range of industries. It addresses the needs of pressure systems not met by existing reliability management programs and eliminates the high data and manpower demands of fully quantitative systems. RMS is the ideal risk-based assessment software for the refining, petrochemical, ammonia and methanol industries among others.
Pacifica - Pressure Cycle Fatigue Analysis Software
Pacifica software performs pressure cycle fatigue analysis on crack flaws in pipelines based on the advanced API 579 Fracture Mechanics methodology. Fatigue growth analysis is performed using actual pressure data for real-time monitoring while hydraulic modeling determines true pressure loading at crack locations throughout the pipeline for accurate growth predictions. Pacifica also uses a database structure to store pressure data for future analysis. With the support of Quest Integrity engineers, the analysis data guides prioritization of anomaly investigations, hydrotest and ILI re-inspection schedules, material property testing requirements and evaluation of the impact of operations on seam weld integrity.
CorrectIR - Temperature Correction Software
CorrectIR software performs correction calculations to remove common errors from infrared thermometry tube temperature measurements taken with pyrometers or thermal imaging cameras. By utilizing a mathematical model directly tied to the actual furnace geometry, the corrected temperatures are more accurate than conventional infrared measurements. The proven methodology is repeatable and less dependent upon technician interpretation of the thermal images. The corrected temperatures may be used to validate operation within integrity operating windows, manage tube reliability and assess failure risk. CorrectIR uses a database structure to store and statistically compare the measurements with future infrared measurements.
