BETH wet-electric filters are excellently suitable for separating finest water drops covered with dust, aerosols as well as exhaust fumes containing tar and oil.

For low amounts of gas, BETH offers mini electric filters in different sizes. Additionally, there are two designs aviable: Design with ash discharge screw conveyor. Design with ash tons directly below the filter bunker.

For middle volumes of gas, BETH offers small electric filters in different sizes. Since the use of biomass for the power generation has been supported through state subsidy programms, cheap and unproblematic processes are necessary for the de-dusting of small kettle plants between 1,000 and 2,500 kW which surely comply with the required clean gas dust content of 20 mg/m3 n,tr (and lower).

The small and mini electric filters have been developed particularly for this case of application. The proven technology from the BETH® standard-electric filter could be transferred to these production series for the most part.

For de-dusting larger volumes of gas, BETH offers standard electric filters in different sizes.

BETHPULS single line filters are the design of BETHPULS most frequently used. They are modularly constructed and thus optimally adaptable for each case of operation and even subsequently expandable.

BETHPULS double line filters are identical with the serial filters in its basic structure and offer the same benefits and variation possibilities. The standard filter areas of double filters range between 1,344 m² and 6,400 m². Of course, larger filter areas are possible too.

BETH® Tar-Electrostatic Precipitator Filters are a special development for use in cooking plants and behind biomass-/wood gasification plants for the protection of downstream gas engines or gas turbines. Hydrocarbons, tar, oil and fly ash are securely filtered out of the gas flow from 20 g/Nm³ tr. to up to 10 mg/Nm³ tr.
