We specialize in the production of heavy steel structures, machines and devices, mainly for opencast mining, energy and general construction. We produce individual structures that are made in accordance with the design documentation and the requirements of the client.

We deal with comprehensive performance of specialized machinery and equipment, mainly for the mining and energy industries. Thanks to the experience of our team and advanced technological facilities, we are able to build a machine in accordance with the design and customer expectations.

The structures we make are comprehensively protected against corrosion. We ensure high quality of services thanks to the work carried out in a modernly organized cleaning and painting sequence with the use of the highest quality equipment, materials and technologies. From the beginning of its operation, we have protected over 2 million m² of steel structures against corrosion.

We carry out works related to the assembly of steel structures in the field of: comprehensive construction of belt conveyors, reconstruction of belt conveyors, drive and return stations assembly of parts of machines and devices, assembly of steel structures for general and industrial construction, assembly of hydraulic installations.

The company operates the Factory Production Control System in accordance with the PN-EN 1090-1 + A1: 2012 and PN-EN ISO 3834-2: 2007 standards. The Factory Production Control (FPC) specifies the requirements for the conformity assessment of the properties of steel elements and sets of structural elements. The FPC is a permanent internal control of production carried out at all stages of product implementation in the company, which consequently allows for the marking of products with the CE mark.

We carry out comprehensive renovation works and modernization of pumps and submersible motors, including: repairs of submersible pumps, replacement of windings and submersible motors, repairs of submersible and stationary pumps, hot vulcanization of OGL type power cables, start-up tests of the pumping units at the testing station equipped with the SEGAP Deep-Sea Pump Unit Exploitation System.

We carry out general construction and specialist works in the field of construction and civil engineering works, mainly consisting of construction, renovation, demolition and assembly of buildings.
