Quality Services
The company operates the Factory Production Control System in accordance with the PN-EN 1090-1 + A1: 2012 and PN-EN ISO 3834-2: 2007 standards. The Factory Production Control (FPC) specifies the requirements for the conformity assessment of the properties of steel elements and sets of structural elements. The FPC is a permanent internal control of production carried out at all stages of product implementation in the company, which consequently allows for the marking of products with the CE mark.
We have qualified and experienced staff and a professional machine park that guarantee reliability and reliability of products and services, even for the most demanding customers.
The employees of the Quality Control Office who perform the weld tests have certificates of competence according to the PN-EN ISO 9712 standard in the field of second degree non-destructive testing: VT, MT, PT, UT issued by the Welding Institute, TÜV Rheinland and the Office of Technical Inspection, as well as certificates confirming the possession of qualifications in in the field of design and supervision over the implementation of anti-corrosion protection on steel structures, issued by the Road and Bridge Research Institute.
The Quality Control Office has the control and measurement equipment necessary to conduct structure tests at every stage of production and assembly, including: ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors, ultrasonic thickness gauges, fiberscope, surface roughness gauges, gauges coating thicknesses, meters for measuring atmospheric conditions, a laser system for aligning machine assemblies and GPS receivers, levels and an electronic total station.
The equipment is systematically supplemented with the latest generation equipment.
Quality documentation is prepared from the individual stages of steel structure production, including inspection protocols as well as data on control and measurement tests. The quality documentation of the facility is kept for 10 years in the archives of the Quality Control Office.
