Forensic Environment Services
RAW"s qualified and experienced scientists and engineers are able to provide advice on the cause of an environmental incident and the apportionment of liability. For example, we are often asked to identify the impact associated with the recent spillage of fuel oils, differentiating recent and historic contamination. Using the same interpretative skills we can easily differentiate different fuel types such as kerosene, diesel and engine oils which can assist in the confirmation of contaminant sources and ownership of contamination.

Contaminant Fate and Transport
RAW has experienced hydrogeologists who can undertake groundwater flow and contaminant transport modelling to assist with remedial design and risk assessment. Our staff also include experts in microbiology and chemistry to ensure that we gain a comprehensive understanding of contaminant fate and transport processes.
