The TP 1000 V is designed as an exact dose, extremely precise metering or bottling peristaltic pump. The TP 1000 V can be operated in a semiautomatic mode or be fully integrated through the RS232 as an automatic filling or metering machine. With a flow rate range of .38 ml to .177 ml per minute, depending on tubing and rotor assembly selection, the TP 1000 V is an excellent choice for laboratories or filling operations that require repeatable and reliable filling or metering applications.

Available for OEM applications, the TP 4000 pump is mounted directly to a 24 VDC motor.  Available with either 100, 170, or 280 rpm motors the SETP-4000 pump model is an excellent choice for dependable OEM applications.  The pump utilizes either a 1/4″ or 5/16″ ID tubing with a 3/32″ wall and can also be ordered with a high performance DC motor.

A fully programmable peristaltic, the TP4000V peristaltic pump is designed for dosing or small batch filling operation. Mounted onto a stainless steel cabinet with the TP4000 pump head allows for easy tubing changes. The pump can interface with a computer or PLC or receive a remote start stop signal from a foot switch or other device. The dimensions for the pump are 13.2″ (335 mm) W x 8.3″ (210 mm) H x 9.5″ (240 mm) D. Each pump weighs approximately 16 lbs (7.3 Kilos).

A simple speed controlled peristaltic pump, the TP4000E comes in three different max speed ranges (65 RPM, 156 RPM, and 300 RPM). Speed regulation is accomplished via a simple speed potentiometer. Features also include a forward reverse switch. The TP4000 pump is mounted on a stainless steel cabinet. The dimensions for the pump are 13.2″ (335 mm) W x 8.3″ (210 mm) H x 9.5″ (240 mm) D. Each pump weighs approximately 16 lbs (7.3 Kilos).

The TP-3005 is a small robust peristaltic hose pump suitable for intermittent peristaltic pump OEM applications. Pumps are available with 12 or 24 VDC motors. Materials of construction are a polycarbonate housing and back plate, nylon rollers. Tubing dimensions are 3.2mm (1/8″) or 4.8mm (3/16″) internal diameter with a 1.6mm (1/16″) wall.

The 300-OQC is polycarbonate molded rotary pump head ideal for OEM and laboratory applications. With the quick-release cover design, the 300-OQC pump is easy to clean and change tubing. The 300-OQC is designed to use flexible tubing with a durometer of 35-55 (Shore A). The 300-OQC comes standard with a dual impeller yoke, but can be configured for three impellers and is designed to mount on a panel or directly to a motor.

The 400-PHO is designed for maximum cost effectiveness, and uses a molded polycarbonate housing and triple or quadruple impeller roller yoke assembly. This panel-mount pump has a hinged cover plate which is intended for more demanding OEM or industrial fluid pumps applications. The models are available in fixed speed, air drive, explosion-proof, and variable speed AC or DC configurations.

The 250-PHO offers reliability and precision in a small package. The 250 pump head, with 2 1/4″ square housing, is capable of flow rates up to 450 ml per minute. The 250-PHO is a good choice for use from the laboratory to industrial applications. It is available in fixed speed, air drive and, variable DC configurations.

The 500-PHO is machined from an aluminum casting and has a stainless steel plate and shaft as well as stainless sleeved roller assembly. The pump is rugged, reliable, and easy-to-use. The 500-PHO is good choice for use from the laboratory to industrial applications such as paper & pulp, printing, metering, and fluid transfer.

The 610-PHO (pump head only) is not your ordinary peristaltic pump.  Machined from an aluminum housing with internal stainless steel components, the 610-PHO is rugged and reliable.  The pump accepts either a 3/8″ or 1/2″ ID flexible tubing with a 1/8″ wall. The 610-PHO has a flow rate of up to 3.4 GPM at 400 RPM and can withstand the test of time.
