The Rausch USA pipe inspection CCTV camera system consists of the steerable four-wheel drive L 135 Tractor with an electrical lift and the pan & tilt KS 135 HD camera. The rugged system is built to inspect sewer, water and storm drain pipes from 4″ up to 120″ pipe diameter.

The KS 135 HD Scan has revolutionized the pipe profiling process using the “spinning laser” profiling technology. It is a 3 in 1 system, a single module upgrade to the L 135 tractor / crawler platform. Two laser diodes are integrated on either side of the conventional CCTV camera lens to perform three functions: Conventional CCTV video pipe inspection, Laser profiling (precise measurement of diameter, deflection and deformation of pipe), and crack & joint measurement.

The Rausch USA Lateral Launch System, the M 135, launches a small pan & tilt camera, the KS 60 HD, into laterals from the mainline. It is a module for the L 135 tractor / crawler. Can be sold either as a standalone lateral launch system or as a module upgrade to a mainline TV Inspection, QuickLock Point Repair or Laser Profiling System. Application range from 6″ to 48″ mainline pipe diameter. We now offer the SAT 42 self-leveling lateral camera for laterals as small as 2″.
