Raven 520 is an aliphatic “polyaspartics” polyurea. This highly versatile product is designed for several applications including floor coatings, industrial spray coatings, and many more.

Raven 400 ultra high build epoxy coating is a 100% solids, solvent-free formulation that provides excellent protection against concentrated acids such as 98% sulfuric acid in immersion service. Raven 400 has superior adhesion strength to concrete, steel, masonry and other surfaces.

Raven 502 is an aromatic-based, hybrid spray polyurea that is extremely user- friendly and can be used in a wide variety of applications including various OEM parts, secondary containment, pre-sprayed geo fabric, and many others. The picture above demonstrates the product being used as a coating for tank pads.

Raven 510 is an aromatic-based, modified polyurethane. This 55 Shore D spray elastomer is recommend for use in a wide variety of above-ground applications including clarifiers, digesters, pre-sprayed geo fabric, and many others. Raven Linings recommends the use of polyurethane and polyureas in above ground applications and epoxies in below ground applications.

AquataPoxy A-6 was developed in the late 70’s and is the most widely specified 100% solids, zero VOC epoxy for potable water structures, with a fast return to service. The A-6 epoxy produces a well-adhered slick, dense surface and minimizes slime growth and bacteria build-up on protected substrates.

Raven 405 is our most widely used product and is formulated to provide structural renewal for severely deteriorated wastewater infrastructure. It is a solvent-free 100% solids, ultra high build epoxy coating formulated with exceptionally high physical strengths and broad range chemical resistance. Raven 405 exhibits superior bond to concrete, steel, masonry, fiberglass and other surfaces. Designed for operating temperatures up to 200°F, 405’s unique ultra high-build ability allows it to be spray applied on vertical and overhead surfaces. The surface tolerance and high physical strengths of 405 allow it to be designed as a structural lining in manholes, pipelines, tanks and other deteriorated structures.

Raven 405FS is a solvent-free 100% solids, ultra high build epoxy coating formulated for Fast Set and broad range chemical resistance. Designed for operating temperatures up to 200°F, 405FS’s high-build ability allows it to be applied on vertical and overhead surfaces. The surface tolerance of 405FS allows it to be used as a structural lining in manholes, pipelines, tanks and other deteriorated structures.

Raven 405 Trowel is a solvent-free 100% solids, ultra high build epoxy coating formulated for longer pot life and trowel application. Designed for operating temperatures up to 200°F, 405 Trowel’s high-build ability allows it to be applied on vertical and overhead surfaces. The surface tolerance of 405 Trowel allows it to be used as a structural lining in manholes, tanks and other deteriorated structures.

Raven 405UFS trowel is a solvent-free 100% solids, high build epoxy formulated for coating manhole inverts and benches. Designed for contractors and municipalities to minimize downtime, Raven 405 Ultra Fast Set (UFS) will typically allow lateral flow to the invert area of a manhole in 15 minutes after application. Raven 405 UFS high-build ability allows it to be applied on damp or dry concrete surfaces up to ¼” thick.
