Mac - Model 102 - Baling Press

The Mac 102 is our entry- level machine ideal for small to medium baling needs. With capacity from 2- 6 tonnes per hour (dependant on grade and loose feed density) it is best suited to converters, printers, bookbinders, box factories and other businesses requiring continuous baling of small quantities of material. The Mac 102 offers a reliable solution in a hard working environment thanks to it’s solid over engineered construction and low maintenance requirements. It can be fed via an air fed system or conveyor and have a shredding facility fitted within the baler hopper if required.

Mac - Model 105 - Baling Press

The Mac 105 is a continuous automatic baling press requiring a medium steady flow of material. Producing in excess of 10 tonnes per hour (dependant on grade and loose feed density) the Mac 105 can be fitted with a Mac Fluffer to improve bale quality when baling News and Pams and can also be used as a bottle piercer when baling PET and HDPE bottles. A powerful 60 HP electric motor powers the 105 producing a ram thrust of 70 tonnes and a cycle time of only 10 seconds. The patented horizontal five wire tying system offers a more reliable method of binding thanks to it’s simple yet effective design. No civil work is required reducing installation cost and time. With a bale size of 800m/m width x 1100m/m height x variable length, the Mac 105 delivers a bale that can be stacked three high in a standard high cube container taking full advantage of space available thus reducing logistical costs while increasing payload potential.

Mac - Model 106 - Baling Press

MAC 106 baler series has been designed to process medium volumes of a wide range of recyclable material. High production and efficient operation due to the speed of the compaction cylinder and the efficiency of the Macpresse serrated cutting system make the Mac 106 the ideal choice for many applications.

Mac - Model 108/1 - Baling Press

The Mac 108/1 baling press offers bale production in excess of 18 tonnes per hour (dependant on grade and loose feed density). The use of high quality modern pumps combined with high efficiency electric motors, guarantee reduced consumption and low noise. Over engineered to withstand the demands of any modern medium to large recycling plant, its design allows for guaranteed long life and resistance to wear. All floor plates, side plates and roof of the extrusion chamber linings are completely lined with a high–wear resistant alloy namely ”Hardox 500” bolted to the main structure and easily replaceable to increase baler longevity.

Mac - Model 110/1 - Baling Press

Mac 110/1 baling press is designed for processing larger volumes of recycling material. It has a single motor and pump generating a maximum ram thrust of 170 tonnes or 37,400lbs. With baled production reaching in excess of 25 tonnes per hour (dependant on grade and loose feed density), this machine offers high productivity due to the high speed thrust cycle and cutting efficiency yet still returning a low power usage making the Mac 110/1 one of the most economical balers in it’s class.

Mac - Model 111/1 - Baling Press

The Mac 111/1 is designed to process larger volumes of recyclable material. Twin motors and pumps give an extra 20% more productivity than the Mac 110/1, yet still deliver the same maximum thrust pressure of 170 tonnes or 37,400 lbs. Capable of baling in excess of 30 tonnes per hour (dependant on grade and loose feed density) this press offers high productivity due to the higher speed thrust capacity yet still returning a low power usage making the Mac 111/1 the best selling machine in the Macpresse range.

Mac - Model 112 - Baling Press

The Mac 112 has been designed to provide optimum bale density in all types of material. Municipal Solid Waste, Commercial Waste, Plastics, Paper, Cardboard, Ferrous and Non Ferrous cans are just a few of the many materials that can be baled. Weighing in at a staggering 57 tonnes the Mac 112 is exceptionally heavily constructed to offer a maximum thrust of 200 tonnes or 44,100 lbs from its twin 75Kw / 100HP motors. Manufactured to operate in highly abusive, abrasive conditions, this machine is ideally suited for transfer stations and Landfill applications. With a production capacity in excess of 70 tonnes per hour (dependant on grade and loose feed density) the Mac 112 provide optimum reliability with high hourly production and low electrical costs making this machine the best available value. The processing cost per tonne has been proven to be the best in the industry.

Mac - Model 110L/1 - Baling Press

The “L“ series of baling presses have been designed specifically for high moisture content material such as municipal solid waste. The Mac 110/L has the same characteristics as the Mac 110/1 series, such as low energy consumption and resistance to wear, but contains more “Hardox 500” to combat the corrosive effect of wetter materials. The tying system has been designed with needle gates and a retractable tying mechanism to ensure a more reliable tying cycle when baling this difficult “wet” material. Leachate conveyors can be supplied as an optional extra. Placed underneath the main baler extrusion chamber they collect the liquid squeezed from the material during the baling cycle, transported by the leachate conveyor it is collected and later disposed of in a safe manner. The “L” series can be supplied to use steel or plastic wire.

Mac - Model 111L/1 - Baling Press

The Mac 111L/1 is the second “L” series machine in the Macpresse range. As with the Mac 110L/1 it is designed for baling MSW and other materials which contain excess moisture. The Mac 111/L boasts the same benefits as other Macpresse machines, such as low energy consumption and resistance to wear, but benefits from a stronger frame and contains additional wear resistant material (Hardox 500) to combat the aggressive environment in which it will operate. The retractable tying system and needle gates guarantee a more reliable tying cycle when baling these difficult materials. Optional leachate conveyors fitted below the main extrusion chamber collect any liquid ejected from the material during baling. This liquid is collected and processed for safe disposal. In common with all other Macpresse baling presses the Mac111L/1 can use steel or plastic wire. Macpresse are the only baling presses capable of using both steel and plastic wire on the same machine.

Mac - Model 111AS/1 - Baling Press

The Mac 111AS/1 baling press has been designed with a dual purpose in mind, firstly to take large volumes of material in excess of 35 tonnes per hour (dependant on grade and loose feed density) and secondly to take bulky material without preconditioning. Powered by two 75 Kw or 100HP motors this machine has the same cycle time as the Mac 111/1 but has an increase loading hopper and thrust movement. This machine is the fastest in the Macpresse range and is ideally suited for the larger waste processing plants for dry recyclables.
