Dry Waste Systems

Tri-Pak - Model T-200 Series - Stationary Compactors

The T-200 series is designed for dry waste applications and is available as a standard duty, heavy duty and extra-heavy duty unit depending on the application. Generally the T-200 standard duty is ideal for the retail environment, the T-200HD for the commercial sector and the T-200XHD for the industrial and municipal sectors. Each system can be customized to suite the client’s needs and can be supplied as part of a 100% turnkey system. Where space is limited, the T-200X model delivers the same benefits as the T-200 unit; but with with an overall smaller footprint.

Wet Waste Systems - Self Contained Compactors

Tri-Pak - Model SPH-X Series - Self-Contained Compactor

The SPH-X is a self-contained or “portable” compactor that is specifically designed for waste streams that contain a large percentage of wet waste. The self-contained compactor will contain all of the waste stream liquids in the unitized container and prevent/eliminate seepage. Each compactor is manufactured with fully welded seams, contains a 4″ liquid sump area and is equipped with a dump door that contains a full perimeter flexible “T-seal”. This seal prevents any migration of liquids between the container door frame and the door itself. This model is available in a wide range of capacities from 15 to 38 cubic yards and can be customized to fit our clients individual needs.

Tri-Pak - Model SPH-XWM Series - Self-Contained Compactor

The SPH-XWM is a self-contained or “portable” compactor that is specifically designed for waste streams that contain a large percentage of wet waste. This model has one unique advantage over the standard SPH-X compactor.

High Rise Residential Compactors

Tri-Pak - Model T-20X Series - Stationary Compactor

The T-20X stationary compactor has been specifically engineered to be used in multi-unit residential buildings and can be placed under a trash chute or used as a free standing system. It can be coupled with front-end containers or rear packer containers and will accept containers ranging in size from 1.5 to 4 cubic yards. The unit is available as a manually operated unit or when placed under a chute it can be supplied as a fully automated unit that will cycle unattended 24/7. It can also be used with our “tri-sorter and bi-sorter” head assemblies when the waste stream needs to be sorted.

Tri-Pak - Model T-20X-HAS Series - Stationary Compactors

The HAS-2 and HAS-3 sorter heads are designed to allow waste that is deposited into a trash chute in a multi-unit residential building to be sorted into as many as three different components. Typically those components are: trash, recyclables and organics; however. The client can choose to vary the stream components should local bylaws require it. The sorter can be used as a stand alone unit or with a T-20X stationary compactor should the client choose to compact the trash portion of the waste stream. Individual floor operators are supplied with each sorter (one per residential floor) allowing the tenant to select the appropriate equipment configuration based on the type of waste being deposited. Each system is custom designed to fit the client’s building.

Recycling Systems

Tri-Pak - Model TB4222 Series - Vertical Down Stroke Balers

Reaction Distributing Inc.'s Tri-Pak line of vertical down stroke balers is designed to meet diverse recycling needs, offering various models such as the TB-4527 and TB-7230 series. These units can handle bale weights from 100 to 2,000 pounds. Compliance with ANSIZ245-2013, OSHA, CSA, UL, and MOL standards ensures their robust safety profile. The balers feature dual safety circuits, tamper-resistant coded magnet sensors, and a chain-free bale ejection system that utilizes the cylinder to eject bales automatically from the front. An integrated PLC control panel simplifies operations with a full bale indicator light, reducing the need for constant visual checks. Optional enhancements include rear wire guides, bale counters, front door tie slots, and a SCADA-based monitoring system, which helps to minimize downtime. These upgrades enhance operational efficiency and allow precise system monitoring.

Tri-Pak - Model TB4527 Series - Vertical Down Stroke Balers

Tri-Pak vertical balers, notably the TB4527 Series, offer a robust solution for efficient waste management in recycling systems. Featuring a range of sizes and capacities, these balers can produce bales from 100 pounds up to 2,000 pounds depending on the series. They adhere to the latest industry standards, including ANSI Z245-2013 specifications, and meet essential regulations such as OSHA, CSA, UL, and MOL for electrical and safety parameters. A key technical feature is the dual safety circuits alongside tamper-resistant coded magnet safety sensors. These balers utilize a chain-free bale ejection system using the cylinder for automatic bale discharge, and are equipped with a PLC-based control panel that alerts operators with a `bale full` indicator. Upgrade options are available, including rear wire guides, bale counters, tie slots, and SCADA-based monitoring systems, enhancing operational efficiency by reducing downtime and uncertain service requirements.
