RTA specializes in making easy-to-use connectivity products, including industrial protocol gateways, embedded source code stacks and customized OEM solutions. We’ve continually developed our products to seamlessly integrate your process equipment so you can collect, analyze and interpret the real-time data you need to improve productivity and maximize efficiencies. RTA’s founder, John S. Rinaldi, worked in all facets of manufacturing automation, including device development, factory floor controls and enterprise systems. What he couldn’t figure out was why there was such poor customer service everywhere he worked. So, in 1989, he started his own automation networking company dedicated to making industrial networking simple but making customer service its primary differentiator. It turned out, that’s exactly what customers were looking for.
