With a broad staff base covering many disciplines, Redivac is able to offer its customers a range of services including initial project appraisals, design and build, through to commissioning and on going technical support for their vacuum system.

Redivac is committed to customer support, offers a high level of technical advice to operators including on site training sessions from their experienced field engineers.

One of the key elements of any vacuum system is the vacuum interface valve housed within the valve chamber.  Redivac’s interface valve has been in service for more than 25 years and during this period it has been constantly updated and improved to optimise its performance and reliability.  It has built an enviable reputation for service and quality.

The interface valve has been subjected to rigorous testing under the British Standard Institutions code for vacuum sewerage systems BS EN 1091:1997. The valve successfully met and exceeded all the tests as certified by an independent assessor completing 250,000 cycles without maintenance.  An engineer subsequently stripped the valve down and found negligible wear to the internal components.

Redivac’s reputation makes it a World leader in vacuum sewerage technology.
