REES offers fully designed, fabricated, and installed dust collection systems. Using low-pressure fans, filters, cyclones, and airlocks along with all structural supports and piping materials, REES provides a total solution to the customer’s dust collection needs.

REES provides Industrial Ventilation Systems to continually remove and supply air to a particular area in the plant where a controlled environment is needed to eliminate physical hazards or maintain temperature and humidity conditions.

REES manufactures centrifugal cyclone separators to collect medium to coarse dust particles in a variety of applications ranging from small shops to large plants. We also custom fabricate cyclones to customer specifications in carbon steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel.

REES provides a variety of industrial filters for handling dust and waste in all types of manufacturing plants. From fine process dust to heavier bulk materials, each system application must be properly analyzed to ensure that the right filter is specified. Once REES determines the particle characteristics, size distribution, material density, volume flow rate, and total air volume, we can then determine the filter type, filter media, cleaning method, inlet style, and waste discharge method. REES has installed round and rectangular filters with filter bags, pleated bags, and filter cartridges using reverse-air fans, pulse-jet blowers, or mechanical shakers for cleaning.

REES manufactures the Model M material handling fan in sizes 11 to 38 (inlet diameter) with capacities up to 60,000 CFM. Used primarily in heavier bulk material conveying applications, the Model M Fan has a proven track record as a dependable, low-pressure fan that can be modified for specific industrial applications. The Model M Fan is recognized for heavy-duty construction and high-quality components which assures the customer many years of uninterrupted service.

REES airlocks are used in low-pressure air systems to feed high volumes of bulk material from cyclones and filters to transfer systems and bins. Flexible rubber-tipped rotors help reduce the chance of mixed material plugging and allow for wiper blade replacement. The fabricated steel housing and chain-drive components are built to withstand continuous heavy-duty on-line operation.

REES offers a wide selection of size reduction equipment categorized as grinders, shredders, and hogs, serving the wood, paper, plastics, and recycling industries. Our experience with OEM suppliers such as Weima America and Montgomery Industries enables us to find waste reduction solutions integrated with our total system design and turn-key installations.

REES provides a variety of storage bin solutions for plants with larger volumes of waste. We design and manufacture round and square hoppers, as well as sell and install larger storage bins — modular bins with “clamshell” unloading doors, silos, rectangular bins, and round vertical bins.
