The VisionXP+ is our "best in class" reflow convection soldering system, which is clearly in line with the trend towards the sustainable management of resources. With a particular focus on energy efficiency, reducing emissions and operating costs, EC motors were integrated into the VisionXP+ and these enable you to save on energy in a provable manner. The option of carrying out vacuum soldering enables you to create a time-efficient and stable production procedure, as well as to reduce voids, in order to ensure low-maintenance manufacturing. With the VisionXP+, you have various options available to you for gentle cooling, including underside cooling. With this, especially high-mass boards in particular can be cooled easily.

The convection soldering systems in the Vision series are available in different lengths and with different transport options. This modular system concept provides a huge amount of flexibility in the production process. Thanks to the flexible transport system, the VisionXS can be set up on an individual basis in accordance with the requirements in terms of the transport tracks and the transport speed. The integrated cold condensation option guarantees you simple cleaning and maintenance of the system thanks to the ease of changing the cooling filter on the reverse side of the system. The maintenance of the system is made even more user-friendly thanks to the use of sustainable materials and durable components. With the Power Cooling Unit, the assemblies can be cooled in a manner that is as gentle as possible in a multistage cooling process in a stable atmosphere.

Ideal system with a compact design. Small lot sizes? Minimal throughput? For electronics manufacturers it’s always important to attain high levels of quality in PCB production, even for small lot sizes. This necessitates optimum process performance for reproducible soldering results which have to be implemented and complied with uncompromisingly and in the long-term. The VisionXC has been designed precisely for this target group. It’s distinguished by its compact design which unites all important technological features in an extremely small footprint. The VisionXC is the ideal system for small and medium lot sizes in the production department, in the lab and for demonstration production lines.

Vapor phase soldering for high throughput. The CondensoX series is based on a well-conceived design, in particular with regard to the hermetically sealed process chamber. Without moving the PCB during the process, the CondensoXP combines vacuum profiling and temperature profiling into a single system. Since the PCBs are not moved during the process, any shifting of the components is virtually ruled out. This, as well as outstanding temperature profiling, reduces failure rates and improves total cost of ownership. In the case of the CondensoXP variant, the loading axis is laid out such that it’s suitable for hook up to an automated loading unit. The CondensoXP HS is equipped with a second loading axis for increased throughput. The process chamber can thus be reloaded while the workpiece carrier is being cooled down at the same time. This system is perfect for use in high-speed production lines.

The CondensoXS smart is impressive thanks to its new chamber design and flexibility throughout the entire line. The new chamber design with a vertically opening or closing chamber ensures optimum hermetic sealing and thus reliable and reproducible results. The CondensoXS smart can be configured flexibly. Both manual and automatic loading and unloading concepts are available. With both models, loading is carried out with pre-loaded product carriers that can hold assemblies up to 650 x 650 mm. Flexible cooling options, a vacuum and the injection principle also ensure reliable processes with this model in a partially automated production environment with a medium-size production volume.

The Nexus is specially designed for flux-free vacuum soldering of pastes and preforms. Here, the Nexus works with temperatures of up to 450°C. These high temperatures are necessary in order to ensure that the materials, which are usually highly dissimilar are fused securely. The reduced pressure helps, among other things, to minimise oxidation on the components and on the solder itself.

Securo systems offer you complete flexibility and security in the design and implementation of your testing tasks. A stable circulating goods carrier transport system ensures safe movement of the assembly through the system and absolute process stability. At the same time, the Securo system has sufficient absorption capacity to reliably temper even large parts to the desired test temperature in short cycle times. Our hot and cold function test systems are extremely easy to maintain. The climate chamber is very easily accessible through a door. Thus, the interior of the process can be serviced without any problems. Our customers benefit from minimal downtimes with low maintenance requirements.

The optimum heat management of the RDS lacquer dryer with upper and lower heaters works with infrared radiation (IR) and/or convection to dry a wide range of materials reliably. By implementing these two heat transfer processes, the systems are optimally designed for the processing of lacquers and castings containing solvents. The exceptional thermal insulation of heating zones and the individually adjustable temperatures allow for optimum profiling of your drying processes – which are perfectly adapted to the requirements of the products. In the drying phase, the temperature is maintained until the material has hardened completely.
