SCADA Hot-Standby System a redundant, backup computer system for ultimate security. The Millennia-DX SCADA "Hot-Standby" System uses two identical Windows based computers connected via a LAN, with both running Rel-Tek`s special hot-standby "RFile" software. The XFER supervisory module continuously monitors the DX-COM data communication bus and commands a switchover to the hot-standby in the event the primary computer fails for any reason. The XFER module is totally independent of either computer, so can make the switchover decision independent of either computer. An alarm issues if a failure of either computer occurs.

Software runs on a PC with Windows Operating System. The new code, written as one distinct program, eliminates the slow and often unreliable DDE links most competitors use for message transfer. Millennia-DX (Version FT) is an enhanced version of the already powerful and easy-to-use EZ-Trol/DX real-time monitoring and control software. Version FT is a true (native) 64-bit application running on a Pentium PC under Windows 7 Pro and including Linux taking advantage of powerful 64-bit features and utilities within the latest Windows and Linux platforms. The Linux system that Millennia-DX has been run and tested on are the latest PCLinuxOS and others.

MagiKal is our flagship Automatic Gas Sensor Calibration (AGSC) system that uses a PC, running MagiKal software along with our standard Millennia-DX monitoring and control package. Schedule years ahead to calibrate your gas sensors monthly, weekly or even daily, all without any effort by management and technical personnel. And, if there is an alarm or other event when a quick cal-check is needed, just push the Cal-Now button, and hundreds of sensors can be precisely re-calibrated in minutes at a cost of about 20 cents apiece. The cost of tedious and often risky manual calibration can be orders of magnitude higher.
