Crawler Vehicles

RTI - Long Range Crawler

RIT`s Long Range Crawler is the solution to long pipe inspections with limited entry points. Able to inspect more than a mile of pipe in a single run, the long rang crawler includes 3 onboard video cameras, multiple sensor options, and is operable in pipe as small as 12in / 300mm internal diameter. These units are configurable for round pipe or flat surface operation, and adjustable for a range of pipe diameters.

RIT - Versatile Tracked Vehicle

The Versatile Tracked Vehicle is a modular, long range (1,500ft / 450m) internal pipe inspection system capable of operation within a variety of pipe sizes. The in-line chassis system is designed for operation in pipe with a minimum internal diameter of 6in / 150mm up to 12in / 300mm. In the parallel configuration, the crawler is steerable and can operate in 12in / 300mm and larger pipe. The standard Spectrum 90 camera provides a high quality video image with pan, tilt and zoom capability. Configurable for round pipe or flat surface operation. The vehicles are adjustable for a range of pipe diameters.

RIT - Micro Crawler

TThe Micro Crawler is a miniature crawler system capable of inspecting pipe and ducts as small as 6in / 150mm in diameter  Just like the Versatile Tracked Vehicle, this crawler offers an in-line and parallel configuration for different pipe sizes. The Micro Crawler is extremely portable - the entire system fits into two Pelican cases (including the tether cable and hand reel).  Despite its compact size, this system has the power to penetrate up to 600ft / 180m of pipe and overcome obstacles and offset joints. Easily configurable for round pipe or flat surface operation. The vehicles are adjustable for a range of pipe diameters.

Camera Systems

RIT - Push Camera

This compact, lightweight, and readily affordable camera system with built-in LED lighting and a high resolution, low-lux camera is highly effective in low light environments. The camera head is completely encased in transparent epoxy, making it virtually indestructible, and features a portable tether reel for turn-key pipe inspection applications.

RIT - Mini Push Camera

The RIT Mini Push Camera is an ideal solution for high resolution CCTV inspection inside of small pipe. At only 7/8in / 22mm diameter, the camera head easily fits inside of 1.25in / 32mm diameter pipe. The standard fiberglass push rod allows the system to be pushed through tight bends or over long distances while performing inspections. With a stainless steel housing and internal potted electronics the camera is extremely durable and has excellent chemical resistance. A patented mechanism allows you to set the focus before deploying the system so you can examine details up close or at a distance. Plus, built in LED lighting and low-light sensitivity ensure a high quality image in almost any situation.

VideoRay - Observation ROV System

The VideoRay PRO 3 GTO is an observation class ROV system capable of obtaining information when size really does matter. This system can fly through flooded pipelines, portholes, doorways, or other openings of 12 inches and greater to gather information quickly and efficiently.
