Our aerosol separation technology provides for perfectly clean air at your workplaces. The X-CYCLONE Aerosol Separator has been developed to clean the exhaust air from finely distributed air-borne solid particles or liquid droplets. These aerosols are released during most diverse processes, such as cooking or metal processing.

The spraying system provides for the automatic cleaning and disinfection of ventilation systems. The spraying technology was developed to clean and disinfect the X-CYCLONE Separators. In addition, it can be used to wash gas and solid particles out of the air.

Proven for decades and verified by CFD analysis. An induction airflow ensures that the entire exhaust air is captured and driven through the separators. In addition, it cools the captured exhaust air and fosters the condensation of vapour molecules at the separator. This increases the efficiency of the separation.

Automatic adjustment of ventilation systems in commercial kitchens and industrial plants. To improve the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of ventilation systems, Rentschler REVEN offers the intelligent automatic control system Speed Control. The control system continuously adjusts the exhaust and supply airflow rates to the activity of the cooking appliances or machine tools, in line with the innovative Industry 4.0 standard.
