RR - Rubber Waste Recycling Plant
Due to the modular design of the CRS-BERAHN®, there is no standard size of a recycling plant. Two criteria determine the capacity and therefore the number of modules: Type and amount of input material per year, Economic feasibility, On basis of the type of input material, we calculate how many modules are necessary to treat your demanded amount per year. This calculation can also carried out “backwards” if you, for instance, demand a certain amount of carbon or oil per year. With the calculated data, the economic feasibility is determined. Every type of input material requires another minimum-throughput per year in order to operate economic. Generally: the higher the throughput the more profitable the operation. Recycling - End-Products
Berahn - Metallic Components
Many rubber wastes have metallic components. Often this is steel. After a process with the CRS-BERAHN®, the steel is free from any impurities and not changed in its molecular structure. Just surface alloys that serve for a better adhesion between the steel and rubber are lacking.
