Reverse Logistics Trends, Inc. (RLT) is an association is focused on supporting third party service providers (3PSPs) to whom OEMs outsource. ReverseLogistics has grown into a multibillion dollar industry. There are thousands of 3PSPs worldwide that are providing Reverse Supply Chain services. RLT is researching and categorizing these providers and making this information available to all its members. The association makes available to OEMs business and technology intelligence to strengthen the decision-making process for outsourcing their customer support services to 3PSPs.
