Cell Stands
Microcell HC Basic Package: "Closed"
A temperature-controlled cell stand as the basis for all rhd instruments measuring cells. The cell stand contains the peltier element for active heating and cooling of the measuring cell. It allows the hassle-free establishment of the cell connections to the potentiostat. This package is compatible with all closed measuring cells. For open measuring cells, please see the Microcell HC Open.
Microcell Passive
A cell stand as the basis for all rhd instruments measuring cells without temperature control. The cell stand allows the hassle-free establishment of the cell connections to the potentiostat. This package may contain connection solutions for either all closed or all open measuring cells.
Test Cells
Test Cells for Liquid Electrolytes
A closed measuring cell intended for investigating liquid electrolytes. This measuring cell has a 70 µL platinum crucible as sample container. For larger sample volumina, please use the TSC 1600 Closed cell. This cell is airtight and thus shielded against atmosphere and can be used with moisture-sensitive samples.
Test Cells for Liquid Electrolytes
A closed measuring cell intended for investigating liquid electrolytes. This measuring cell has a 1.6 mL platinum crucible as sample container. For smaller sample volumina, please use the TSC 70 Closed cell. This cell is airtight and thus shielded against atmosphere and can be used with moisture-sensitive samples.

Microreference-Electrodes
For almost all measuring cells, we offer Pseudo-Reference Electrodes based on metal wires. The table below gives an overview of all available materials and of the compatibility with the measuring cells. If a true reference electrode is required, capillary-based Microreference electrodes can be chosen instead (currently NOT available!). They are compatible with most measuring cells and are available with different cell chemistry, that can be adopted to your specific requirements. For example, we offer aqueous Ag/AgCl electrodes but also AgTFSI/EMImTFSI (ionic liquid based) systems. Next to the capillary-based microreference electrodes, a refillable reference electrode is available. The electrode contains a wire (i.e. Ag/AgCl) with outside contact, and a frit for contact with the outer electrolyte and can be filled with the inner electrolyte of choice (i.e. aqueous KCl). Tightening the wire fitting then seals the electrode.
