The MB300 is a universal bagging system for Aggregates, Rock Salt, Wood pellets, Animal Feeds and much more. We wanted to design a robust bagging machine which was operator friendly, capable of high throughputs and needed very few consumable spares. Our aim was to develop a system that would become accessible to those who were new to the packaging industry. From this, we developed the MB-300, a simple bagging system compatible with many applications.

We have recently added a new bag filling system to our manual bagging range. The MB-400 consists of the MB-300 hopper and shaker tray, with a filled bag conveyor and continuous heat sealer as supplied with the MB-500.

The MB-500 can reach speeds of up to 500 bags an hour. Throughputs are very much dependant on product and operator speeds. Good operators on this machine have been known to place 600 bags an hour on the filling spout.
