The GT400 series is the high-end result of continuous product development of ultrasonic meter technology. Already with the market launch of the first RMG ultrasonic meter in 1999, the principle of 6-path measurement was applied for custody transfer metering. In the current 4th generation, the optimum measuring instrument is available for the precise measurement of large flows at high pressures in pipelines and gas transfer stations.

The TRZ03 series is an excellent representation of a proven and mature technology that is widely used throughout the natural gas industry due to its good price-performance ratio. The first generation was approved by PTB in 1993. Since then the meters have always exceeded the requirements of the relevant international standards. The TRZ03 is used both in the pipeline networks of the transport companies (TSOs) and in the transfer stations of the distribution network operators (DSOs) when high measuring accuracy for custody transfer operation, short inlet distances, robust and low-maintenance devices are required. In addition to the classic mechanical roller counter and the electrical pulse outputs, the meter can optionally be equipped with an encoder for serial transmission of the meter reading.

The instruments of the ERZ 2000-NG series are designed as universal instruments that can be used for all measurement tasks in a gas measuring station. RMG has optimised the ERZ system with regard to operability and user-friendliness. This makes it even more efficient in operation and provides more precise results. 

The ERZ 2000-DI presents itself as a cost-conscious solution without having to forego the usual reliability of RMG flow computers for volume conversion. A slim and user-friendly volume corrector is required in stations with few measuring rails and at exit points.

The GT400-3P series gas meter is the result of field-proven direct path measurement and continuous product development of ultrasonic gas meter technology. The RMG ultrasonic meter as a 3-path measurement is specially designed for operational measurements and measurements of gases that are not always pure and can be used as a replacement for orifice meters with considerable advantages. The GT400-3P gas measuring system enables comparatively precise measurement, especially at high flow rates and high pressures.

A new class of instruments has been created with the TME400-VC series: Sensors for pressure and temperature of the sample gas are integrated in the measuring unit and electronic counter. Volume and flow rate can then be calculated from these measured values, even under standard conditions. For conversion methods, you can choose between GERG88, AGA 8 Gross Methods, AGA 8 NX19 and GOST30319. All measured and calculated values can be displayed and are available on the Modbus interface. For control purposes, a measured value can also be output in analog form. As with the TME400-VM, parameterization, e.g. entering the gas composition values for conversion, is preferably carried out via the RMGViewTME software. This series is also battery-powered.

Gas chromatograph PGC 9300 is the solution for precise gas analysis. This process gas chromatograph can be used to reliably analyze natural gas, biogas and power-2-gas mixtures. Each application requires specific measurement methods, which is why there are different versions of the PGC to choose from.
