Rogers Machinery Company, Inc. was co-founded in 1949 by two WWII veterans, Ned Rogers and Walter M. Novak, who served together aboard the U.S.S. Reno. Following the war, they began building their dream—a compressor system manufacturing facility that would serve many of the booming industries in Portland, Oregon. Current president and CEO of Rogers Machinery, Andrew Ragen, is the grandson of co-founder Walter Novak. Veteran founded and Veteran owned.
