Banking and Finance Industry

Our firm`s loss mitigation team, consisting of paralegals and mortgage professionals, was specially created to facilitate communications with mortgagors, mortgage lenders and servicers. The firm`s Real Estate Team handles all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial real estate transactions. We represent private, public and institutional developers, individual buyers and sellers, equity investors, lenders, loan servicers and asset-management companies. Rogers Townsend also has lawyers who are skilled in condominium and timeshare litigation, particularly prosecuting and defending lawsuits about the assessment of maintenance fees and dues, the proper use of maintenance fees and dues, and the developer`s obligations to maintain condominiums and timeshares. Our attorneys have experience in United States IRAs owning domestic and foreign properties instead of securities, and the team advises clients incurring real estate transactions in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Central and South America.
Title Industry
Rogers Townsend`s experienced team of abstractors and staff provides an increasing number of title searches each year. In 2011, we provided over 32,000 searches to satisfied clients. From our 29 professional abstractors in the field to our attorneys, reviewers and customer service representatives, we have the resources and skills to handle all types of title services, up to and including searches for complex commercial and infrastructure projects. Our experience enables us to handle current owner searches to right-of-way acquisitions and multi-site commercial transactions.
