Rotajet - Model RJ-CW 9/25 - 9 Position 25L Container washer
This container washer efficiently cleans up to 9 pails in a single cycle. In this two-stage container washer design, the machine utilises a chemical wash stage to remove heavy contamination with 360° spray nozzles, followed by a freshwater rinse. Together this cost effective machine easily reconditions used containers to a high standard.

In this two-stage container washer design, the machine utilises a chemical wash stage to remove heavy contamination. Through this chemical action, as well as the physical impingement caused by the powerful spray heads, 12 pails are able to be spotlessly washed in just one cycle. To ensure a complete clean the cycle is followed by a freshwater rinse to remove any remaining residues.

In the two-stage design the machine utilises a chemical wash stage to remove heavy contamination through both chemical action and the physical impingement caused by the spray heads. This is then followed by a freshwater rinse to remove any remaining residues.
To thoroughly clean containers correctly sited in a suitable workbasket or jigging fixture by subjecting them to a high volume wash of solvent or hot inhibited detergent solution delivered at a nominal pressure of 5.0 to 6.0 bar* via Vee pattern spray jets located in rotating spray bars to achieve maximum all round cleaning action, followed by a solvent or hot inhibited water rinse stage.
