Roux Associates provides a wide range of regulatory compliance and management consulting services to corporate, legal and insurance industry clients. This includes environmental, health and safety audits and risk assessment services.  We also work with individual sites, assisting site managers in meeting regulatory requirements, addressing facility equipment and program needs related to regulatory compliance and streamlining environmental management activities.

Roux Associates specializes in the management, design and implementation of Ecological Assessment and Mitigation projects.  Roux provides a full range of services from initial site assessment, to development of the mitigation design, through construction oversight and monitoring to ensure overall project success.  Roux has expertise in a range of environments ranging from freshwater wetlands and tidal wetlands to riparian ecosystems—including sustainable shoreline stabilization design—to grassland and woodland habitats.

Roux Associates has provided consulting services to the Regulated/Industrial community for more than 30 years. Since Roux’s first project which was a Superfund site in 1981, we have kept abreast of changing regulatory requirements.  We continue to provide these same services to our clients under RCRA Corrective Action and state driven programs.

Roux Associates has supported more than 45 national and regional insurance carriers in their efforts to fairly evaluate costs and liabilities for environmental investigations and remediation projects. We are highly qualified to help insurers evaluate environmental costs because we perform environmental investigations and clean-ups for both Fortune 100 clients and independently owned companies.  We use the experience and knowledge we gain from competitively bidding these projects to fully understand the cost implications associated with an environmental insurance claim.
