Pond liners are an important feature of ponds, lakes and reservoirs offering guaranteed water containment properties. Russetts Developments Ltd (RDL) fabricate all EPDM and Butyl rubber pond liners at our warehouse in Milton Keynes. Sheet rubber is imported from Sweden and cut to required lengths before vulcanising together to form the finished pond liner. Box-welded pond liners are generally fabricated from 1.0mm EPDM rubber or occasionally 0.75mm Butyl rubber pond liner. They are tailored to line vertically sided earth, brick or concrete formal shaped ponds (rectangles, circles or “L“ shapes) where excessive folds and creases need to be avoided.

RDL supply galvanized corrugated water storage tanks in a range of sizes to suit most needs. Along with the tank components we provide a 1.0mm EPDM rubber liner fitted with our “Easifit” hanging system.

RDL fabricate 1.5mm WRAS grade Butyl rubber bladders for both horizontal and vertical surge vessels. RDL Butyl rubber bladders can be made to suit your specific requirements and additional reinforced areas can be added to protect vulnerable areas from bursting.
