Regional HPLC/UPLC Method Development Training
S-Matrix offers regional training programs in Quality by Design (QbD) HPLC/UPLC method development. This interactive two day course teaches the necessary skills and techniques for efficient, phase-appropriate method development using the Fusion AE QbD Method Development software platform. The training addresses the techniques and methodologies associated with Design of Experiments (DOE) based method development, chromatographic results data processing for small and large molecule separations, quantitative data analysis, and final results visualization and reporting, including final QbD design space and verified operating ranges. Attendees will complete a rapid column/solvent screening exercise and a method optimization exercise as part of the training.
