Proven to significantly improve the operating efficiency and working conditions of pipe-laying teams at work sites, the award-winning BLUTOP range is ideal for use within drinking water distribution networks in urban, semi-urban and rural areas. It has been designed to facilitate the extension or renewal of existing networks and, advantageously, is dimensionally compatible with existing plastic pipe (Polyethylene/PE and Polyvinyl Chloride/PVC) networks and their related connection and maintenance accessories. Available with diameters of between 75 and 160 mm, the ductile cast iron pipes and fittings of the BLUTOP range are expected to last more than 100 years, due to their high mechanical strength, protection against soil and water aggression, guaranteed leak tightness, and flexible junctions.

The perfect ductile iron pipe for robust and flexible water distribution networks in all situations.Through knowledge gained by our dedicated research centre in areas such as soil corrosion phenomena, our ductile iron pipelines have the latest coating technologies and often exceed minimum industry standards. Our joints are also developed and tested here in the most extreme conditions. HYDROCLASS pipes are available with Zinalium or with a pure zinc coating. As soon as it comes in contact with soil, a zinc-based coating generates an overall protective layer that constitutes a real shell for buried ductile cast iron pipelines. Compared to a pure zinc coating, Zinalium triples the service life of the protective layer.  The ductile iron pipes and fittings in the HYDROCLASS range are available with diameters between 100 and 2,000 mm.

IZIFIT is a comprehensive ductile iron fittings solution for all types of plastic pipelines used in the distribution of drinking water and is the cornerstone of all PVC networks. For good mechanical resistance, ductile iron fittings have to be used with all plastic tubes made of PE (Polyethylene), PVC­U (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride), and PVC­BO (Biaxially Oriented Polyvinyl Chloride).  The versatile fittings include bends, tees, flange spigots, flange sockets, tapers, stoppers, semi­sliding collars, and anchoring sleeves used to connect two plastic networks. Addressing several applications and markets, IZIFIT can also be used to connect two different networks, for example, one in BLUTOP ductile iron and another in plastic (PE).

Suitable for all drinking water system work sites, the KAMELEO® ductile iron pipe fitting is an innovative assembly part with an angle that can vary between 0° and 45° and comes in diameters of 80, 100 and 150 mm.
